This is an Agreement between the (prospective) hirer (hirer) and WA EXPERTS (WAE) for the usage of the WiFi Internet connection (Service) installed in the vehicle.

1. LIMITATIONS OF USE

The Service is for personal use by the hirer only. The use of the Service for illegal purposes is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to; the up- or downloading of illegal material, spamming, hacking or activities that constitute copyright infringement.
You may not sell or re-sell the Service.

2. NO WARRANTY

The Service is offered on a ‘Best Effort’ basis. The Service may not be uninterrupted or error free. This Service is not suitable for supporting any application which requires connectivity that is at a guaranteed speed, uninterrupted, fault-free or secure. WAE has no obligation to resolve faults in the Service. You are responsible for the security, privacy and backing up of your information transmitted using the Service.

3. FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS

There is 1GB of data traffic per day included with your Service. Any excess data will be charged at $10.00/GB. Upload and download data is counted. The reporting of data usage by Telstra to WAE is leading. WAE will not be required to warn about excess data usage during your trip.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

a) you are responsible for providing your own wireless enabled device capable of accessing the Service with its own power source. WAE is not obliged to provide power, advice or assistance for the Service.

b) Without limiting WAE’s rights to do so, WAE is not obliged to supervise, edit or control the content accessed through the Service. WAE disclaims all liability for material you access via the Service that you or any other reasonable person would find offensive, upsetting, defamatory or unsuitable for minors. You agree to take reasonable steps to avoid such content while using the Service.

c) You agree to indemnify WAE from any losses, costs or liability WAE may incur as a result of your use of the Service, including any material that you access or make available using the Service.
